Some examples are 1) methods to improve the modelling of deterioration or changes in what is expected of infrastructure, 2) improved ways to conduct parts of the infrastructure management process, such as risk assessment or the development of intervention programs, and 3) the role of contractual agreements in the effectiveness of the management of infrastructure.
